Easter has given me motivation to step into a new season of life - a season in which I pay attention to my body, my mind and my spirit with regard to my physical health and wholeness, my mental health and wholeness and my spiritual health and wholeness.

I'm working on goals and strategies to meet those goals this week. 

First on my list is physical health and wholeness. 

This week I will:
     - go to the grocery for healthy food so that I (we) don't eat out this week (while I'm in E-town; 
       haven't got this figured out for Louisville yet.)
     - go to yoga at the fitness center at least one time this week
     - create a morning and evening checklist for vitamins, medication, breakfast, etc.

Do you have any ideas I can use to improve or increase my motivation?
